Chef Michele Ricci's vocation was born within the walls of his home, inspired by the skilled gestures of his mother and grandmother, and then forged in the rigor of international haute cuisine. His career has been one of continuous evolution, seeing him grow in the shadow of the great names of world gastronomy: a legacy of excellence matured under the guidance of absolute masters such as Gualtiero Marchesi, Luigi Sartini, and Paolo Lopriore.
