Stay Conditions
Introduction
These Stay Conditions govern bookings and stays at La Villa del Re.
By confirming a reservation, the guest acknowledges and accepts these conditions.
The specific terms applicable to each reservation, including rates, payment requirements and cancellation policies, are those indicated at the time of booking and stated in the relevant confirmation.
Reservations
Reservations may be made directly through the hotel’s official channels or through authorised partners and booking platforms.
A reservation is considered confirmed once the hotel has issued the relevant confirmation and, where required by the selected rate, the requested payment or guarantee has been received.
Rates may vary according to availability, seasonality and the conditions applicable to the selected reservation.
Rates and Payment
Rates are expressed in Euros and include the services specifically indicated at the time of booking.
Any additional services, dining, treatments, experiences or other services not included in the room rate will be charged separately.
The hotel reserves the right to request a credit card as a guarantee for the reservation and/or a deposit, in accordance with the conditions of the selected rate.
Any taxes, local tourist taxes or other charges required by applicable law will be applied as provided by law and indicated at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellation and amendment policies vary according to the rate and conditions selected at the time of booking.
In the event of late cancellation, no-show or early departure, charges may apply in accordance with the conditions of the reservation.
Guests are kindly invited to review these conditions carefully before completing their reservation.
Check-in and Check-out
Rooms are available from the check-in time indicated in the booking confirmation.
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by the scheduled check-out time.
The hotel will be pleased to assist guests wishing to arrange an early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and any applicable additional charges.
Children
La Villa del Re is delighted to welcome exclusively adult guests aged 18 and over, offering a refined, intimate and private experience designed to ensure the relaxation and wellbeing of its guests.
As an adults-only establishment, the property does not accept guests under the age of 18.
Pets
In order to preserve the atmosphere, comfort and high standards of hospitality of the hotel, pets are not permitted within the property.
Any exceptions required by applicable law will, of course, be respected.
Beach & pool
Access to the beach and the swimming pool is subject to the terms of use, opening hours and conditions as communicated by the hotel.
Guests are asked to observe the opening hours, follow staff instructions and adhere to the rules governing the use of these areas, in order to ensure a pleasant and relaxing experience for everyone.
Beach umbrellas and sun loungers are provided for all guests staying at the hotel.
Private Parking
La Villa del Re offers its guests the convenience of a private garage, providing additional comfort and peace of mind throughout their stay.
Guest Conduct
Guests are kindly invited to enjoy the hotel’s rooms, common areas and services with the care and consideration befitting a private residence, while respecting the tranquillity, comfort and privacy of other guests and our team.
Any behaviour that may compromise the peace, safety or comfort of other guests, or any activity contrary to applicable law or the hotel’s policies, is not permitted.
The hotel reserves the right to take appropriate measures in the event of inappropriate behaviour or conduct that may cause damage or disturbance to the property, individuals or the experience of other guests.
Damage to Property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused, directly or indirectly, to the room, furnishings, equipment or other areas of the property during their stay.
In the event of damage, loss or extraordinary cleaning or restoration requirements resulting from a guest’s stay, the hotel reserves the right to charge the associated costs to the credit card provided as a guarantee or by another payment method agreed with the guest.
Personal Belongings and Valuables
Guests are kindly encouraged to use the safes provided in their rooms for the secure storage of valuables.
The hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings, except where and to the extent provided for by applicable law.
Any items left behind after departure will be handled in accordance with the hotel’s procedures and may be returned to the guest upon agreement regarding the arrangements and any applicable shipping costs.
Photography and Filming
In order to preserve the privacy and tranquillity of our guests, professional photography, filming, commercial productions or similar activities within the property require prior authorisation from the hotel.
Hotel Liability
La Villa del Re is committed to providing its guests with the highest standards of quality, comfort and safety.
The hotel shall not be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, by way of example, natural events, government measures, interruptions to public services, strikes, natural disasters or other circumstances of force majeure.
The hotel’s liability shall in all cases remain subject to the mandatory provisions of applicable law.
Privacy
The personal data of guests is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the hotel’s Privacy Policy.
Information provided by guests will be processed for purposes connected with the management of the reservation, the provision of requested services and any other purposes described in the relevant privacy notice.
Changes to Services
The hotel reserves the right to temporarily modify the opening hours, access arrangements or availability of certain services due to operational, maintenance or safety requirements, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The hotel will make every reasonable effort to inform guests of any significant changes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Stay Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute concerning their interpretation or application shall be subject to the jurisdiction determined in accordance with applicable Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to the guest by law.
