DISCOVERING THE ART OF PECORINO
Dive into the Tuscan dairy tradition with a unique, practical experience on a local farm.
During the 3-hour experience, the Master Cheesemaker will personally guide you through a tour of the entire process: from the stables to the production within our dairy, and will demonstrate the aging phase in our cellars. Following the tour is the "official" class, a demonstration of primo sale cheese production, during which the cheesemaker will explain the technical aspects and be ready to answer all your questions as you discover this ancient art. The experience concludes with a farm visit and a tasting lunch.

- Guided tour (45 minutes) of the farm, including the stables and the dairy.
- Class: Demonstration of primo sale cheese production.
